Previously I discussed ways to invest in yourself that require some financial commitment; however when talking about thriving during transition a financial commitment is not always necessary.Here are 20 tips that can help you during transition that will cost you nothing or almost nothing. Talk to someone who you know will make you laugh just to lighten your mood. When life gets too serious, you are feeling stressed, and the feeling of being overwhelmed is so big you just want to come out of your skin, remember one of those funny things that make you laugh no matter when you think about it. Even if you think it is going to be a rotten day, you can make it a better day by thanking the world for everything you do have.16) Smile....fewer muscles are used to smile than to frown.17) Remember that each new day will bring a new experience.
